These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.

Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date with or without a receipt. MyCuteStore.com require valid identification when processing all returns and exchanges. Valid identification is also required to receive or redeem a non-transferable merchandise certificate or mail check.

Returns With an Original Sales Receipt

Store refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 90 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return.

Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

A mail check will be issued when items over $5 are paid for by check or paypal and returned within 5 days of the date of purchase online or in stores.

Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail

To return any MyCuteStore.com purchase by mail:

1. Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the invoice and return the invoice form with a reason.
2. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by indicating in the invoice form or your own note. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
3. Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please indicate so.
4. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the original invoice.  Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Please make sure to bring the original invoice and the credit card used for the original purchase (or gift receipt). A valid identification is required to process all returns and exchanges with a return/exchange receipt.

On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
